About this program

Program name: Velle Digital enquiry follow-up.

These SMS Terms cover text messages sent by Velle Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). When you opt in, we may text you at the number you provided about your enquiry and your project. This includes replies to questions you submitted, quotes and proposals, appointment scheduling and reminders, and follow-ups about services you asked us about.

These are conversational replies from our team. We do not send promotional broadcasts through this program, and we do not message anyone who has not contacted us first.

How you opt in

You opt in by submitting one of our enquiry forms with your mobile number: an instant lead form on Facebook or Instagram, or a contact form on our website. Providing your mobile number is optional on these forms, and it is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

Before you submit, the form discloses that by providing your number you agree to be contacted by Velle Digital by phone, SMS and email about your enquiry, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out at any time. Submitting the form with your mobile number is your consent.

Only people who submit one of these forms receive messages from us.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies depending on where your enquiry or project is at. In a typical enquiry you can expect a small number of messages, usually between two and six, while we sort out your project.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for carrier charges.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time and you will be unsubscribed from further texts. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also ask us to stop texting you by contacting us directly using the details below.
